Dr Kiarash Banai qualified from King’s College hospital dental institute London in 1996.

Following a year in General Dental Practice, he began his post graduate clinical training working in Senior House Officer posts in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital, University College Hospital London and the Royal County Surrey Hospital. During this time, Kiarash gained signifiant experience carrying out wide range of complex surgical procedures and treatments in all aspects of oral surgery and Oral Medicine. This culminated in him being awarded membership of Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1999.

Following this Kiarash commenced specialist training as a specialist Registrar in Orthodontics at the Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas School of Medicine and Dentistry and St George’s Hospital in London. In 2002, with the publication of his MSc Thesis he gained a Masters degree (MSc) in Orthodontics. After three years specialist training Kiarash was awarded a Membership in Orthodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2003. This signified the completion of his Specialist Training in Orthodontics and entry in the General Dental Council on the specialist list in Orthodontics.

Dr. Banai has been a clinical lecturer at Warwick University and specialist Doctor at St George’s Hospital, where he was involved in teaching postgraduate students and treating complex orthodontic cases.

Dr. Banai has treated over 10,000 orthodontic patients in all established and contemporary treatment modalities in both adults and children. This include completion of over thousand Invisalign cases and he is recognised as an Invisalign Platinum provider.

At 42 the dental practice Kiarash is dedicated to providing a full range orthodontic advice and treatments to Children and adults (Either as referrals from his colleagues or direct contact from patients ) ranging from from early interceptive orthodontics, routine or more Complex treatments including collaboration with his Specialist colleagues at 42 when needed.
